This soup is one of my favorite ways to incorporate bone broth into my diet. It is similar to an egg drop soup.
Ingredients:
- 3 c bone broth
- 1 egg
- 2 T chopped green onions
- 2 T bacon bits
Heat bone broth in a saucpan until gently bubbling. Whisk egg in a bowl. Slowly pour egg into broth stirring constantly until egg has solidified.
Sprinkle onion and bacon on top to serve.
