My Vitamin D levels finally went up when I added liver to my diet in the form of Breakfast Patties.

To make Breakfast Patties: Grind together beef, bacon and liver (start with a small amount of liver if you need to slowly adjust to the flavor and then build up) and combine with 1 t salt and 1T each of rosemary, thyme, and sage. Fry in a cast iron skillet. Use the drippings to make gravy with arrowroot powder and coconut milk. Delicious!
