Pan Meals

Pan Meals are super easy and leave you with only one pan to wash!

I used yummy Duck Fat as the oil for this combo!

Preheat oven to 350o.

Chop or slice 1 onion, 1 bunch asparagus, 3 carrots, 10 red potatoes, and sausage (I love the brand Kiolbassa)

Add 2 T fat (lard, ghee, tallow, duck fat) to large baking pan and add potatoes and carrots.

Bake for 15 minutes, add the sausage and return to oven for 10 min.

Then add and mix in onion and more fat if desired and bake for 10 minutes.

Lastly, add asparagus and bake for 10-15 more minutes depending on how tender you like your veggies.
